We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 0-2 days of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by clicking on ‘Return’ under the ‘My Orders’ section of the bumer.in and following the instructions to upload the images. Please keep in mind the following–
- You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
- Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
- You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange through my order section or the customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations might be available for orders placed from any country. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.
Restocking and Return Fee
We do not charge any restocking or return fee.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through the My Order section or by writing to us at email@example.com
NOTE: Bumer reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
