Are you accept returns?

Yes, We’ve a 30- day return policy, which means you have 30 days after entering your item to request a return.

What are the terms for return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you entered it, unworn or unused, with markers, and in its original packaging. You ’ll also need the damage or evidence of purchase.

What is the return process?

To start a return, you can email us at or call us at (+91) 81405 70382. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label by mail, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon event and communicate us incontinently if the item is imperfect, or damaged or if you admit the wrong item so that we can estimate the issue and make it right.

For any imperfect/ damaged/ deficient/ wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 0- 2 days of entering the order with the images of the product entered. You can do so by clicking on ‘Return’ under the ‘My Orders’ section of the and following the instructions to upload the images. Please keep in mind the following–

  1. You need to upload a minimum of three and a maximum of five pictures
  2. Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
  3. You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

Still, please request a size exchange through my order section or the client service platoon within 30 days of entering the product, If the product doesn’t fit and you would like a new size. In some cases, minor size and fit differences might be available for orders placed from any country. Our platoon will try its stylish to help you with any size exchanges, differences subject to vacuity. In case the size you have requested isn’t available we will offer you the option to return the product rather.

How much is the return fee?

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • We don’t charge return cost for damaged products.
  • The customer will pay the actual cost of return delivery customer’s remorse and change of mind.

What is your refund method?

We’ll notify you once we’ve entered and audited your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. However, you’ll be automatically reimbursed on your original payment system within 7 business days, If approved. For Cash on Delivery orders, guests will be needed to give bank details and UPI ID where they would like to admit the refund. Please flashback it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to exercise and post the refund too.
